vintage jewelry

A small amount of my great grandmothers and grandmothers jewelry. I love each piece even if some are not perfect. I love wearing them or just sitting wondering when/where every piece came from. The oldest piece is a copper pin with my great grandmothers name engraved. I have no clue when it was made but to me it means a lot to have something she had. Do you have jewelry from any family members ? Do you wear them?
until later remember to smile--xoxo--gina

  2. Yes, I have my grandmothers case of old jewelry like this. I buy a lot of vintage stuff off etsy and ebay and stick them on my projects all the time. These are my favorite embellishments! OMG, I'm an Alice maniac. I bought a stamp set, and that's where my images are from, and if you want me to stamp you some, just lmk! xoxo

  5. I have some of my grandmother's jewelry. Alot I think is old Avon pieces - but I adore every piece and love remembering her in them. Some of the pieces I remember her getting at yard sales. She went yard every Friday and I would always go with her. She passed in 1989. I miss her very MUCH!!!

  6. These are gorgeous pieces! When I was young, I used to play with my Grandma's jewlry. I loved taking each piece out of the box and 'dressing up' for pretend parties and dances. :)
After she passed away, I asked for the box. If fact it is in the pics of my bookshelf. Looks like a pirate's chest. Waaay cool. :)
